Type of Requisition:Regular Clearance Level Must Currently Possess:None Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain:None Suitability:No Suitability Required Public Trust/Other Required:None Job Family:Subcontracts Administration Job Description: The Contracts and Acquisition Management Office (CAMO) of GDIT is seeking an experienced Subcontracts leader with advanced understanding of Federal Government contracting for an Acquisition Compliance Program. The applicant must have proven ability to lead staff and extensive Federal subcontract management experience. Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following: Lead the Acquisition Quality Compliance team of 3-5 professionals to implement and maintain an Acquisition audit program ensuring that GDIT’s acquisition files comply with established Acquisition policies and processes including measuring the quality of procurement documentation. Develop, track, and report audit metrics for both pre and post award file audits including implementation of an Audit Metrics dashboard. Analyze audit metrics to identify trends and recommend and develop training. Recommend and develop improvements of the Direct Acquisition Policy and process/ procedures, to include forms and templates in accordance with US Federal regulations and GDIT business methodologies. Monitor, audit and evaluate procurement practices and applicable artifacts throughout GDIT to ensure compliance with the respective policies, procedures, practices, and standards. Support Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) acquisition preparations and universe. Serve as point of contact to internal departments concerning specific procurement file documentation questions, issues, and problems, with specific support to the acquisition personnel Interfaces with the Procurement management and staff along with other functional and operational managers to help guide and support potential areas of concern and issues. Maintains current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices, which impact the procurement requirements, with a focus on ensuring up to date compliance with the FAR and other Statutory Regulations. Lead special projects as required. To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in US Federal Acquisition experience Experience with acquisitions under FAR, DFARs, Public Law, and other Government regulations Experience in preparation for the US Contracting Purchasing System Review (CPSR) and working with Customer Auditors Understanding the principles of fair and reasonable pricing (price analysis) and price negotiations Experience with development, maintenance, and reporting of metrics Experience in leading high performing teams and managing personnel Excellent oral and written communication skills Possess strong analytical, problem solving skills and ability to think strategically with financial and business acumen skills Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Scheduled Weekly Hours:40 Travel Required:Less than 10% Telecommuting Options:Telecommuting Not Allowed Work Location:USA VA Falls Church Additional Work Locations:USA FL Tampa, USA VA Chantilly We are GDIT.
