Business process advisory roles for learning processes and best practices. Advisory services on integration points with Oracle Fusion Performance, succession, profile and self services. Identify and record requirements on data conversion, integrations, reports and any application extensions. Significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments in HR IT functional areas. Strong communication and presentation skills to driver functionality demonstrations and presentations.
