Description
The Office Assistants will be the first point of contact for all office traffic; both in person and on the phone. This will require successful applicants to perform other typical office duties such as assisting callers, delivering messages, walking around campus for pickups and deliveries, computer work, filing, processing student transactions, and handling sign-ups for student trips. We are looking for motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic student workers. Working in the Student Affairs Office can be a wonderful professional growth opportunity in the area of providing excellent service to a variety of individuals.
CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS: Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
