R3Recruiting has partnered with a staffing industry leader in the Healthcare IT niche and they are searching for a proven sales professional to represent their technical staffing services throughout the NYC/NJ markets.Local to Manhattan is ideal but not required.

This Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining an assigned territory as well as building relationships with clients in that territory.Operates as the lead point of contact for all matters related to their specific accounts.This business development opportunity is a remote position where you will work from an established home office.

Essential functions:

  • Target and contact prospective healthcare clients by using a variety of lead generation methods to cultivate new and existing client relationships within assigned region.
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our staffing and project solutions per the customer needs and objectives.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses in conjunction with the Client Operations Manager.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual sales goals and aim to excel by exceeding all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, proposals, hires, etc.
  • Update job knowledge by remaining aware of new industry trends, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and manage key customer relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Exhibit a basic understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Corporate Standards and Recommended Practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with preference in the Healthcare niche.IT Staffing Industry experience is highly desired.
  • Valid State Drivers license is required.50% travel within your assigned 3 state territory.
